Environment and Sustainable Management:

The natural environment should be the inherent habitat for each of us—a place for which we were all created and to which we are biologically adapted.

However, in today’s global economy, preserving this space for everyone requires more than just refraining from littering in forests or discarding wrappers on the street. Even within a single decade, it’s evident that our planet is becoming increasingly inhospitable for all living beings. Earth is pleading for help, and passivity is no longer sufficient.

Every action we take should fully consider environmental aspects.

Therefore, long ago, we voluntarily decided to implement the environmental standard and the ISO 14001:2015 system in our company, which allows us to maintain appropriate standards in this area. We regard this system as equally important as our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, and we always certify these standards together.

We have also made all necessary investments in this area, and much more, to conduct all processes in a closed cycle. However, knowing that packaging often pollutes the world, we strive to counteract this professionally. This is a significant challenge because, on the other hand, packaging is essential for all of us, for instance, to prevent food waste. Fortunately, technological and awareness advancements are being made in this field.

Therefore, in our Company Policy (the environmental protection section is provided below), we strongly emphasize the necessity of our company’s pro bono involvement in introducing modern packaging solutions.

Like everyone else, we enjoy being close to nature and experiencing the natural joy of direct contact with it. Of course, in today’s civilization, it’s not possible to be in the forest, meadow, or by the water 24 hours a day…

…but we can try to bring this environment closer to us, even at work,

We are aware of our impact on the natural environment. We always consider the necessity of its protection in our decisions.

In terms of environmental protection, we commit to:

  • Protecting the environment, including preventing pollution,
  • Acting in accordance with requirements, including legal and other obligations related to our work environment, our goods, and the protection of the natural environment,
  • Implementing all possible technological solutions to minimize the impact of packaging production on the environment by:
    • Introducing advancements in the most economical and rational design of modern packaging while maintaining the durability of packaged products and preventing food waste,
    • Pro bono and non-profit testing of all new thinner barrier materials,
    • Pro bono and non-profit testing of new biodegradable, compostable, or other environmentally friendly materials,
    • Collaborating in this regard with research and development institutions, both in Poland and abroad,
  • Consistent, formalized, and meticulous participation in all forms of packaging and raw material recycling,
  • Promoting broadly understood sustainable management by raising awareness among our employees, clients, and suppliers.
