Equipment
To achieve high-quality, multi-colour flexographic printing, it is essential not only to have expertise in the printing craft, source materials from top suppliers, and possess a keen aesthetic sense, but also to be equipped with the highest quality machinery. This encompasses production machines, auxiliary devices, and company infrastructure that ensures proper working conditions.
Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to effectively compete with rotogravure printing and provide our clients with the highest possible technological standards.
We operate WINDMOELLER & HOLSCHER central impression printing presses (“Miraflex” and “Novoflex”) featuring electronic register systems, with a printing width of 1300 mm. These presses are equipped with ZECHER anilox rollers that offer very high resolutions while ensuring efficient colour transfer. Both machines utilise the same anilox and format cylinders and are fully compatible with each other

The lamination process is conducted on a SUPERCOMBI machine manufactured by NORDMECCANICA, one of the leading models from a top producer in the market. This machine allows for the lamination of various webs up to 1300 mm wide, operating in both solvent-free and solvent-based systems. We have also constructed a spacious thermal chamber for seasoning laminates under controlled conditions.
Additionally, we apply “cold seal” adhesive coatings and premium surface varnishes using rotogravure technology, precisely registered to design specifications.

Our SOMA slitter-rewinders enable us to slit and rewind films with thicknesses starting from a few microns, in widths ranging from 25 mm to 1350 mm, and with roll diameters up to 650 mm.

Our ink mixing department employs INKMAKER technology, based on InkFormulation recipes, utilising an RK Printing Proofer and X-Rite spectrophotometry.

We also possess the latest FLEXOLOGIC plate mounter integrated with our printing press.

Furthermore, we have all the necessary automatic cleaning machines from FLEXOWASH for polymers, anilox rollers, and machine parts.

We trust that this comprehensive set of equipment, sourced from world-class manufacturers, will help us maintain a high level of technical culture. Our location in an area invested in by leading global printing companies facilitates this.
Additionally, we have redundant infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations and reliable deliveries, safeguarding against external failures: two independent transformer stations supplied from different power regions, dual gas intakes, double cooling systems, a dual-powered compressed air system, and even redundant telecommunications lines.
